The picture is popular. A couple of years ago I  removed it from the profile of  a Thomas White The picture is  still on the Geni version  https://www.geni.com/people/Thomas-White-V/60000000064407924 (regretably complete ****)

I agree with Helen; the image is definitely an illustration of a fictional character, and should be removed from his profile.
Since this appears to have been out there for a few months and no one has objected, I've removed the tag for his profile from the image. Only the original poster to the image can edit the comments on the image itself, but with it not attached to a profile, I believe it will fade away with time.
