The usual protocol for a woman is her given names (her LNAB) and any marital surnames ... so if I see Mary (Kenyon) Pettis, I see Mary (given name) with LNAB Kenyon and marital surname Pettis.
Why do you think, given this protocol, she's "missing" her LNAB?
Granted, this is probably the United States of America protocol and yes, other nations have differing protocols or so I have read in g2g.
