Is there anyone investigating a James Barrett who arrived during the Irish Famine, age 6?

James arrived between 1849-1851 at the age of 6 with his siblings. Ports in New York and Louisiana have matches, however I am looking to find descendants of his siblings.

Do you have more info as his parents? Does he have a wikitree profile link?

Unfortunately I have no other information on his parents. I do have a death certificate from Minersville, Beaver, Utah. However, I am not at all certain the names his widow listed are accurate.  I am researching Irish records and there aren't any parents with those names in any of the records I have gone through to this point.

Many Irish records were lost after being moved to a central repository and then being burnt.  I have been unable to find records for a number of Irish folk I know were there.  I can find them after they leave.
