Gender names: Can we discontinue the error reports as to gender based on names, since many names cross over?

Wonder if it still generates suggestion reports if you tick certain box next to names?

I agree that there are some names that are used by all genders, but the majority of the Suggestions that I have updated for incorrect gender were incorrect and the gender had to be corrected.  When that occurs, it can also mean that the 'mother' and 'father' were reversed as the parents of children.
