Search beyond both great-great grandfathers at a dead end

Question

I have had no luck getting beyond my paternal (Campion-678) and maternal (Leonard-10913) grandfathers. I believe I'm looking for roots in the British Isles but I've hit a wall and I'm wondering if anyone can suggest next steps?
