For WikiTreers who are members of the New England Historical and Genealogical Society, NEHGS has announced that for a limited time, some databases that are usually available to members only at the society's library in Boston will be available from home.

When logged onto AmericanAncestors.org, members can access:

  • Newspapers.com, Early American Newspapers Series I (1690-1876), and the Jewish Advocate
  • Military records on Fold3
  • Historical maps from HistoryGeo.com
  • Parchemin Notorial Database of 17th- and 18th-century records from Québec
in The Tree House by Stuart Bloom G2G6 Pilot (106k points)
I also was excited to get this notification. I had to poke around the NEHGS website a bit to find these databases.

I found them at https://www.americanancestors.org/Search/External-Databases/
Thank you Stu for this!
