The link that is created when you import information from FamilySearch to Wikitree is good but it does get a bit lost at the bottom of the sources. Is there a template for this like the one being usef for Find a Grave?

I don't understand what you mean by "getting lost." Would you give us a link to a profile that shows what you mean?

Short answer is "No."

What creates a link between the profile and some outside site is the URL in hypertext. This is a hypertext link Search Home — FamilySearch.org

Nor does a link "get lost" at the bottom of the Sources section, that has more to do with the "physical" order in which the sources were placed in that section.

This is a standard (usual) hypertext URL for a memorial site at Findagrave without being "doctored", seen here as it is first brought over

Find a Grave, database and images (https://www.findagrave.com : accessed 28 May 2020), memorial page for James Franklin Burns (15 Feb 1902–8 Nov 1966), Find a Grave Memorial no. 441480, citing Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas, USA ; Maintained by US Veterans Affairs Office (contributor 5) .

Example

"Family Tree," database, FamilySearch (http://familysearch.org : modified 18 May 2020, 11:35), entry for Lodewijk Reuvers(PID https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/4:1:L63V-9X6); contributed by various users.

By default ends up on the bottom below the Sources list cause that's usually the last header on the profile, by lost I mean it looks like its a source when it is more a link to more info or a way to easily find the person on FamilySearch Tree.

Find a grave links can be citations for burial information, but this is more general information for the profile as a whole. Because it ends up at the bottom (can't really put it elsewhere) it looks like a source.

We use the template {{FindAGrave|ID-number}} for a neat little link to someones page on Find a Grave I thought there might be one for FamilySearch tree. I do not know how to code so maybe I am missing something about how to put a template together on my own.

There is now a similar template for FamilySearch: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Links_to_FamilySearch

{{FamilySearch|ID-number}}

I use this form to link WikiTree profiles to FamilySearch profiles: https://www.wikitree.com/index.php?title=Special:EditFamilySearch

it creates a link in the "Research" section of the right-hand column

Nice I didn't know there was a tool, also looks neat not to have it in the Bio/sources. Easy to overlook tho and not as easy to just paste in with the help of Autotextexpander. But you can't have it all.

Is the same thing happening when you use https://apps.wikitree.com/apps/york1423/fs-match/ ?

yes it is

Yep, that is the link I use too.  https://www.wikitree.com/index.php?title=Special:EditFamilySearch  Love it!  Now with the copy ID option shortcut, (https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/1003982/chrome-extension-wiki-id-copier) (works in Chrome but also Brave) I can click and copy the profile ID and then click and copy the FamilySearch.org ID. Very easy.

Are you asking for a link to the person's profile on FamilySearch, or to his list of sources, or to specific sources? Your question is not clear.

However, to create a link to any page anywhere on the internet, FamilySearch included, just simple type the URL, skip a space and type a brief description of the page and enclose what you just typed in square brackets which will create a nice neat link to the page. I just made such a link on the profile for my GG-Grandfather Rev. Travis Zaccheus Hildreth for you to see. It is under the "see also" section of my sources, but you could insert it anywhere on the page you like. Be sure to click on the "edit" button of his page so you can scroll down to see exactly what it looks like in Wiki mark-up.

I see you use a see also topic, it looks better than what the default discription/link to Familysearch looks like once you connect the FS profile to the WT profile, but I guess I was looking for another solution / look.
Sometimes I use "see also" for some sources and sometimes I don't. It depends on the profile. I just put that link there on that profile just a while ago for you to see how it was done. I don't usually put a direct link to FamilySearch at all on my profiles and will probably delete that one now that you've seen it. But, before I do, I'll move it into the bio and format it differently, just to give you an idea of something different you could do. If you want it a different place on the profile or formatted differently, you can use bold, italicize, enlarge the font, center it--however you want it to look and wherever you want it to be.
Now it's at the top of the page in bold. Definitely won't be overlooked there.
If, instead, you want it to show up as your first source. enclose it in ref tags at the very top of your profile, just under the word Biography and it will be first in your sources list. Play with it until you find the look and position you like.
