All new profiles are added basically one at a time (unless I am mistaken), so I don't believe WikiTree has any particularly "quick way" to add multiple profiles.
How quickly any of us can add new profiles depends on factors such as how quickly one grasps WikiTree methods. My opinion is that any "quickness" will come from multiple factors such as one's experience level and one's individual learning abilities.
You appear to have gotten off to a good start on your family tree, Lillian. Once you feel you are proficient in editing profiles, you may want to try your hand at using the GEDCOMpare process. However, you should not use that process until you have a solid foundation in WikiTree's methods and have reviewed several G2G topics on GEDCOMs and GEDCOMpare.
There may be other apps that are more to your liking, so be sure to review those options and related G2G posts, too.
