Easily see changes by others: how? [closed]

I have been looking at the list of changes to profiles I created/follow. That list is swamped by changes made by me. The interesting changes/edits are those by others. Is there a simple way to only show those. So filter out my edits?

I also notice the e-mails with the "feed" do not always show those changes (or come by a week later).

In the Family Activity Feed (reached by the My WikiTree menu) there is an option to hide my contributions.
