PGM ancestor question, is Pernell Green really Benjamin Nye's grandmother?

So, I'm well aware that my question is way outside the parameters of the Puritan Great Migration project's scope... BUT I'm hoping someone has some documentation on Benjamin Nye's mother [[Rye-19|Agnes Rye]] and supposed grand-mother [[Green-9104|Pernell Green]].

What I'm seeing in the WikiTree profile for Pernell indicates that she was not the mother of Agnes and should instead be merged into [[Greene-2914|Parnell Greene]].

Maybe we just need to change the bio and sources but when both Pernell and Parnell have the same parents, I'm thinking we've got the wrong lineage and Agnes needs to be disconnected.

Please tell me I'm wrong and have overlooked something simple. Thanks.

R, the parentage presently attached to the profile appears to be undocumented and based in early 20th century speculative genealogy. The latest scholarly research from 2004 appears in NEHGR 158:347-60 (subscription required) which makes no firm conclusion on the parents but appears to discredit what is on this profile. I did not review this 13 pages research in minute detail. 

While I do not find an entry for Benjamin Nye in Anderson's Great Migration series, he is discussed in one of the Newsletters which refers to the research in the NEHGR cited above. I have placed a Comment on the profile suggesting that PGM review the attached parents (which will probably result in their detachment). Unless his parents can be properly documented, all of the upstream profiles are irrelevant.
