Ethel was born in 1940. She was the daughter of Harvey McWhorter and Cora Scurlock. She passed away in 2019.
She married John E. Seymour in Jackson County, Ohio. Their children were John Seymour, Jr., Connie (Seymour) Jarvis and JoEllen (Seymour) Lambert.
Ethel was a wonderful homemaker who enjoyed flower gardening, shopping, and eating out with her girls. Most of all she enjoyed playing Bingo.
