Rev. William McGee was instrumental in the founding of the Cumberland Presbyterian Movement in Tennessee in the early 1800s. In his later life he resided in Bedford Co., TN at Three Forks of the Duck River, where he built and operated saw mills and where he died in 1817.
William was born about 1768. He passed away about 1850. [1]
