Benjamin Davis was born on 17 Jul 1719 in Merion, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.

Benjamin Davis provided Civil Service during the American Revolution, through service as a petit juror and a grand juror. Benjamin Davis also provided Patriotic Service in the form of furnished supplies. [1]

Benjamin passed away on Sept 27,1797 in South Carolina. He is buried in Benjamin Davis Cemetery, Marion County South Carolina,
