Biography
Birth
- No record has been found of the birth of Susannah Bolton, and her ancestry is unknown.
Marriage
- Susanna Bolton and Ebenezer Pratt, both of Lunenburg, Massachusetts, published at Lunenburg their intention to marry on 21 Sep 1782.[1] They married there on 28 Nov 1782.[2]
- After their marriage, Ebenezer and Susannah Pratt lived briefly at Dublin, New Hampshire, and then settled at Hancock, New Hampshire. Ebenezer eventually lost an arm and became blind, and in the spring of 1842 Ebenezer and Susannah Pratt moved to Alstead, New Hampshire, where they lived with one of their children.[3]
- Ebenezer Pratt died at Alstead, New Hampshire, on 13 Sep 1842.[3]
Death
- Susannah (Bolton) Pratt died at Alstead, New Hampshire, on 24 Nov 1849.[3] Her gravestone at the Marlow Village Cemetery in Marlow, New Hampshire, says that she died on 24 Nov 1849 at the age of 87.[4]
