Error message from Notables sticker

Question

I am getting an Error message from the Notables sticker on Patrick Henry's profile saying that it is "a top-level category"

Obviously, he was notable in many ways. As usual I can't find a list of stickers.

I am not the profile manager; there is just a family connection. I'd leave a message for the PM but don't quite know what to say.
