My Aunt has taken a 23 and me DNA test. Can I had this to my tree? Will it help identify more of my Mason family or just my grandmothers Wilson side?

The only way to enter the test is for you to add your aunt's email address to her profile. This will send an invitation for her to become a member. Once she accepts she can add the test herself. At that time, she can make you the manager of her profile again if she wishes (she becomes manager of her own profile as soon as she accepts the invitation).

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add tests for other family members.
