I think I have done everything necessary for the upload of Gedcom but nothing shows up? help?

I have the file uploaded, why doesn't it merge or show up on my tree?

You are still a Guest. You need to finish the registration process and become a member of WikiTree. You should create your research Tags and Volunteer. A Greeter will then confirm you as a Family Member and you will be able to add your family to WikiTree. The information about this is included in the initial communication from WikiTree.

Note that the answer to the question as phrased ("why doesn't it merge or show up on my tree") is that it's not supposed to: that's not how it works. You add profiles to WikiTree one at a time. You can save some re-typing by using the GEDCOMpare tool, but your file will still not "merge or show up" anywhere.
