How do I fix an 'error report' that doesn't need fixing

Question

I have an error 723 on Bolles 234.  It wants me to remove the person's first name and put it in prefix or suffix.  Its not a'title' its his name 'Prince'.  Can anyone tell me how to resolve this to make it go away?

On the report screen you  will see a grey status button click it and on next screen  choose 

 

False error (hide forever) and in comments state that it is his first name

mark it as "False Error"

thank you - but where do I put this or how do I mark as false error?  It only takes me to the person's profile - and can't see any 'error' there
