Parents of George Collis

Question

My family history for Collis is in Leicestershire, England and does seem to revolve around Theddingworth, Leicestershire, England.

As I'm not wanting to go down the wrong path, does anyone know who the parents are of George Collis? Am I on the right track thinking his parents are George Collis (1743 - 1806). Born and died in Theddingworth and Anne Hitchcock (1754) born in Leicester?

It's difficult to help when you don't have any sources or locations on your profiles, but the only baptism does seem to be for the son of George and Ann, whether that's Ann Hitchcock would take a bit more research.

I've added a couple of sources as comments, and I can't help thinking you need to solidify/verify what you've already got e.g. Joseph didn't die in 1830, he married, stayed in England and had a family by the looks of it, dying in 1906.
