Different Computer Password Issues

Hi, I am experiencing log in issues on my other Apple Mac computer. I have no issues with logging in on my PC laptop as my password has been saved. However, whenever I attempt to log in on my Imac 3, I receive a popp up message saying my password is incorrect. Unfortunately, I have not recorded what my password is. Using my PC, I then attempt to change my password, and the message says I will receive an email regarding resetting my password, but I never do, not even in junk mail. This is quite irritating and I hope there is an easy solution ? Cheers Rob

Hi Rob. The usual way to change your WikiTree account password is at

https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Special:Settings#Password

Is that what you are trying on your PC? (I suspect not, because it requires your old password, which you don't have.) But if you look at that link you will be able to check whether the email address WikiTree has recorded for you is what you think it is.

Instead, on the login page there is an "Email Me a Password" button. Is that what you are actually trying?

Surely, your WT password would be the same, whatever device you were using.
