France country not FRANCE family

I am getting emails from the family last name France-2019 and other like this. I have no relationship with this family. I do have a badge FRANCE for the country not the last name. Please stop sending me emails about this family.

It reads in my email activity with my TAGS   I am following.

I am not following this surname FRANCE.

How can you stop sending me info about this family whom I have interest in.

Sorry, at the moment there is no way of distinguishing a surname from a country (like England from England, or France from France).  If you have France among your tags you follow, you will get the surname as well.  The only thing to do is delete that tag completely.
