Alfred E. Jones was the grandfather of Ralph Dell Jones. Alfred was born in Nansemond County, VA on Feb 1816. He died in Savannah Chatham Georgia on 16 Dec 1874. Alfred married Sarah A. Dell on 22 May 1850 in Savannah. Sarah was born in Scriven County Georgia.

Ralph Dell Jones was my Grandfather.
