Biography

Walter was born about 1858.[1] He was the son of Arthur Scott and Sarah Roberts. [2][3] He married Ellen (Eustace) Scott in 1881[4] They lived their married life in Newbury Berkshire. [5][6]He passed away in 1923. [7] In the 1921 census Walter Scott (age 64), Clerk Surveryor, was with his wife, 2 daughters and father at 64, Enborne Road, Newbury, Berkshire, England.[8]
