Biography

Arthur Scott, son of George Scott and Sarah Bryant, was baptised on 1 August 1828 in Fersfield, Norfolk, England.[1] In the 1841 census Arthur Scott (age 12) was in Thelnetham, Suffolk, England.[2]

He married Sarah Roberts in 1849 [3]They lived their married life in Berkshire where they had five children[4] Following the death of his wife Sarah in November 1859 he remarried to Maria Willis in October 1860. [5] They had a daughter and lived the next 68 years in Berkshire [6][7][8][9][10] Maria passed away in 1905 [11] In 1911 age 82 Arthur was living alone at 10 Almhouses, Lambourn, Berkshire,[12]
