Richard Harris was born in 1874 in Pennsylvania to Henry and Susan (Kent) Harris.[1] He moved with his family to the United States, settling in Washington State.
Richard and Elizabeth Anne Reichel married. The couple had two children, including Vera (Harris) Rutledge and Willabelle (Harris) Schnebly.
Richard was a member of the Odd Fellows lodge of Olympia and also a member of the Rochester Grange No. 852.
Richard passed away in 1942 in Olympia, Washington, and he was buried in Olympia Cemetery.
