Born circa 1795, Folkingham, Lincolnshire, England, the daughter of John Watson and Martha Hall. Baptised 30 Apr 1795, St Andrew, Folkingham, Lincolnshire. ^[1]

Her father died when she was approximately one year of age, and along with her Mother and siblings, Ann moved to live with her Aunt Betty Hall, in Loughborough, Leicestershire, England.^{[2] [3] [4] [5]}

Ann died 1 Jan 1878, Loughborough, Leicestershire, England, aged 83 years. ^{[6] [7]}

Her Will, written 30 Apr 1870, and proved 31 Jan 1878, ^[8] Makes mention of: -
