Jerusha married Isaac Chauncey on 8 November 1770 in Ashfield, Massachusetts. [2] They were the parents of three children: Paulina, Isaac, and Sabrina.

Jerusha's husband died when she was 59 years old. [3]Jerusha died 8 January 1822 at Hamilton, New York, at the age of 73. [4]
