Biography

Alfred was born in 1889. He was the son of Oscar Stevenson. He passed away in 1918 at the World War I Fismette engagement in France after rising from private to sergeant. He was awarded the distinguished service cross.

Just before deployment in March 1918 he married Doris Plumley Valentine, who was notified upon his death. They do not appear to have had a child.
