Biography
Arthur was born in 1897. [1]
A noteworthy doctor whom helped set up Alberta's modern health system. He also had many other great achievements that included being a vetran of both world wars, was close friends with Norman Bethune and helped to put a crucial pass through the Rocky Mountains [Crow's Nest Pass]. He was also very innovative: when the farmers of the surrounding area wouldn't come to see him regularly, he took on the local paper route and bought one of the first Model Ts in Alberta to facilitate seeing them as an optional path. This allowed him to see his patients every week when he delivered the papers. I will add much more as time passes, if I have the time before I die.
