Biography
Ellen was born in 1861. She is the daughter of Thomas Rowe and Eliza from Cornwall [1]
She married Richard Mitchell in Burnley in 1890 . [2]
They had 3 children-

- Ada 1890
Richard was a cotton weaver and died in 1899. By the 1901 census she is widowed living with her three children. She married Matthew Wills also widowed. In 1911 they are living with their combined family at 80 Piccadilly Rd, Burnley. Ellen passed away in 1911 in Burnley. [3]
