Sophia Raff was born and baptized in Forres, Morayshire, Scotland, United Kingdom on 21 Jan 1800. She was the daughter of James Raff and Ann Donaldson.[1]
When Sophia was 22 years of age she married Alexander Ross in Forres, Moray, Scotland on 8 Oct 1822.[2]
Her daughter Margaret was born 8 Sep 1822 and baptized 15 Sep 1822 in Dyke, Morayshire, Scotland, United Kingdom. [3]
