↑ This baptism is taken from William Prescott, The Prescott memorial, or, A genealogical memoir of the Prescott families in America (Boston: 1870), 41. This is a secondary source. The original church register needs to be consulted to confirm this, which would also show what the dual year should be. If this is the date as it appears in the register, the dual year surely is 1630/1.
↑ Henry Nourse, The Birth, Marriage, and Death Register, Church Records and Epitaphs of Lancaster, Massachusetts. 1643-1850 (Lancaster: 1920), 40 [1]. This was included by Nourse in "Marriages of Sundry Early Proprietors and Residents of Lancaster Not found in the Preceding Lists," with the year 1648. He doesn't give a source for these entries, but 1648 is a plausible year.
↑ She is described as being deceased "near two years since elapsed" previous to 9 December 1719, when the estate was ordered to be administered. This would put her death most likely in early 1718. Another document says Thomas, Jr., took care of his mother for 9 1/2 years. If this was since his father's death, her death would be some time in 1716. This makes 1717 a plausible circa year.
