Research Notes
Note: (Pike-5935) The Benjamin Pike, son of Benjamin and Elisabeth Pike, who was born on 3 Feb 1759, at Dunstable, Middlesex, Massachusetts, appears to have died the same year, on 4 Sep 1759, according to records.

PS. The Benjamin Pike who died on 20 Nov 1847, at Topsfield, Essex, Massachusetts, was 93 years old, which would give a birth date of about 1754 (consistent with the age listed with his military service).[6]
There is a death record for a Mary A. Hill who died in Vermont, United States, on 12 Mar 1872, age 73, who is listed as the daughter of Benjamin and Esther Pike.[7]Was this another marriage, in addition to the marriage to Jonathon Merrill?
