Biography

Josephine Picozzo & Albert Agate are my parents. My mother is known to the family as Jody. She was born on 5 April 1937 in Brooklyn, New York & is the daughter of Vito John Picozzo Sr & Margaret Azzara and the sister of my beloved 85 year old Uncle Vic. My parents married in church on 6 April 1958. A civil marriage also took place approximately 1 year before. My mother has been an enormous help with my research. At 86 years old, she has a memory like an elephant. She remember details about family members who died 70 years ago! Joanne Agate. Personal recollection, 15 July 2023.
