A possibility is NSWBDM V1855448942B1855 Anne Phelan, Father Richard Mother Anne; or NSWBDM 13340/1866 Father Thomas Mother Eliza, District Patricks Plains (same area her sister in law Mary Ann Hawkins was from) This family also had sons John born 1864 & Michael 1863.
