Biography

Elizabeth was born in March 1793 in Harford County, Maryland. She was the daughter of Robert Cale Morgan and Elizabeth Gilbert.

• Elizabeth was christened on 19 Oct 1793 at Saint James Protestant Episcopal Parish, Baltimore County, Maryland.

• 11 Jun 1810 Elizabeth Hawkins Morgan married Captain John Elliott in Harford County, Maryland.

• Elizabeth Elliott passed away about 1871.

• Elizabeth's father, Robert died in 1819. At the time of his death, Robert Morgan owned half interest in two schooners, the General Scott, with his son-in-law, Captain John Elliott, and the Washington, with his brother, John Morgan. These ships he willed to his wife, Elizabeth, and daughter, Elizabeth Hawkins Elliott.
