Biography
James Metters was born in 1821 at Cornwall in England.[1]
He married Susan Flux at Northwood, Hampshire, England on the 5th of November 1843.[2]
They traveled with their young family to Melbourne in about 1854.
After Susan died in 1875, James later married Sarah Ellen Gouldthorpe in 1876.[3]
He passed away in 1881 at Emerald Hill.[4]

- Wikipedia says 8 sons and one daughter, however Vic BMD names two other daughters, at least.
