Samuel E. McPherson 93, of San Angelo died at 10:45 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 8, 1992.
Service will be at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, 1992, in Johnson's Funeral Home chapel with Stanley Lockhart, minister of Johnson Street Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will follow in Lawnhaven Memorial Garden.
Samuel was born Dec. 31, 1898, in Bolivar, Mo. He was a retired groceryman and a member of Johnston Street Churh of Christ. Samuel was married to Irene Lusk in Jun 1942 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Survivors include his wife, Irene of San Angelo; two sons, Vadis and Leslie McPherson, both of Roswell, N.M.; two daughters Nadine McGlason of Barkersfield, Calif., and Norma Jean Landry of Bainbridge Island, Wash.; one sister Carrie Scrogins of Paris, Mo.; 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Mariona Glasscock, Eudell Barker, Kenard Moos, Michael Zuniga, J.D. Davis and Eugene Thomas.
