William Loveridge migrated from England to New Zealand.

Biography

William was born in about 1833. He was the son of John Loveridge and Jane Gilham.

Christening Date: 27 October 1833

Event Place: Netherbury, Dorset, England

At the age of 7 he emigrated from England to New Zealand with his parents and 6 siblings on the ship Timandra. They sailed from Plymouth on November 2nd, 1841and arrived into New Plymouth, New Zealand on February 24th, 1842.^[1]

William married Mary Ann Forster on 31 October 1871 at St Luke's Church, Bell Block, Taranaki.^[2] They went on to have 8 children.

Sadly his wife passed away in 1883.

He passed away in 1923 at the age of 91.
