Biography

Robert was born to Charles Lewis Lilly I and Carol Ellen Rowe on January 6, 1938 in Chicago, Illinois ^{[1] [2]}. He married Shirley Ann Reedy on 25 June 1960 ^[3]. He was a Coast Guard veteran ^[4]. He later worked in banking as a manager and regional auditor ^{[5] [6]}.

He died 9 June 2014 ^{[7] [8]}.
