Biography

Paul was born Paul Kay in 1771 Oxenhope, Yorkshire & baptised Paul Kay on 14 January 1772 Haworth, St. Michael and All Angels, Yorkshire the son of Abraham Kay of Far Oxenhope. ^[1]

The marriage of Paul Kay & Mary Shackleton was conducted on 25 December 1792, Haworth, Yorkshire. ^[2]

A worsted weaver in 1841 living in Hawk Cliffe, Haworth, Yorkshire with wife Mary.^[3]

He died Paul Kay on 4 December 1847, Haworth, Yorkshire.^{[4] [5]} & buried Paul Kay of Haworth age 74 on 8 December 1847 Haworth, St. Michael and All Angels, Yorkshire ^[6]
