The definitive information on Jonathan Hyde was published in 1917 in the New England Historic and Genealogical Society's journal the Register.[1] About Jonathan, from the 1917 article,
Sergt. Jonathan Hyde, brother of Dea. Samuel Hyde, ... was born, probably in England about 1626,[2] and died intestate at Newton, Mass., 5 Oct. 1711, aged 85. In Apr. 1639 he embarked in the ship Jonathan, bound from London for Boston, his elder brother Samuel crossing the Atlantic in the same ship with him, and in 1647 he settled at Cambridge Village (now Newton), Mass.[3] He married first Mary French, born in England about 1633, died at Cambridge 27 May 1672, aged 39, daughter of Lieut. William and Elizabeth [French] of Billerica; and secondly, at Cambridge, 8 Jan. 1673/4, Mary Rediat, born probably at Sudbury about 1650, died at Newton 5 Sept. 1708, daughter of John and Ann (Dolt) of Marlborough.
With his brother Samuel he bought 40 acres of land in 1647 from Thomas Danforth and 200 acres in 1652 from the heirs of Nathaniel Sparhawk. This land was held in common by the two brothers until 3 May 1661, when it was divided between them.[4] He and his first wife, Mary were received into full communion in the church 8 Jan. 1661/2, and he was admitted as a freeman 27 May 1663. He made a marriage contract with John Rediat, the father of his second wife, 2 Jan. 1673/4.[5] In 1691 he was selectman of Newton. On 7 Mar. 1707 [? 1707/8] he conveyed land to his son-in-law John Osland and the latter's wife Sarah. On 7 Dec. 1710, less than a year before his death, he conveyed lands in Newton to his children John, Samuel, Daniel, Joseph, and Jonathan Hides, and to the widow and children of Icabod Hides.[6][7]
His brother Samuel died in 1689; Jonathan was overseer on Samuel's estate.[citation needed]
Jonathan bough bought 80 acres from Thomas Woolson in 1656; He lived on this land, and made additional purchases to enlarge the property to about 350 acres.[citation needed]
In a 1673 marriage covenent with John Radiat, Jonathan stipulated that he should marry Mary Radiat; if he was to predecease her, she would receive his house and about 100 acres of land. If she had no children with him, then she was to pass the 100 acres to the children of his first wife. (Document was dated 2-11-1673, about three months before the marriage; witnesses wee Rev. Nathaniel Gookin of Cambridge and his sister Mrs. Elizabeth Elliot.)[citation needed]
He deeded to eleven children about 400 acres of land including a number of dwelling houses there. His remaining eight children may have predecased him (the deaths of seven are recorded; the other must have died or was provided for otherwise.).[citation needed]
In 1705, he deeded the children a cart-way through the his land/homestead that went to the Dedham highway, “To be used with gates forever.” (This passage is now a highway and a boundary of the place that was once the homestead of Rev. Joseph Grafton, now of Michael Tombs.)[citation needed]
In a deed to son Samuel, Jonathan added a condition not to sell to a stranger unless necessary, but rather to one of the other children of Jonathan Sr. ch. or their heirs of the same name.[citation needed]
Jonathan died 5 October 1711, leaving no will or inventory.[citation needed]

It is likely that these

It appears to me that Mary (Hyde) Williams was incorrectly removed as his daughter. Her bio has a source from the NEHGR that show she was his daughter, and she is listed in this bio with the same birth year. Her profile was not a duplicate of another sibling....
Shouldn't she be reattached to Jonathan and his second wife?
The merge already went through so I recreated the first Elizabeth. Note that he also had to 2 children named Jonathan, 2 named Joshua, 2 named Isaac, and 2 named Daniel.
I see you also detached Dorothy Hyde-1634. In the future, when you do that, be sure to a) include a comment as to why and b) include links in the detached profile. See what I did in the narrative here:

See the information posted on Hyde-1011. Jonathan was the brother of Samuel Hyde-206. There is a Great Migration Directory entry for Samuel Hyde-206 (page 177) that indicates Samuel Hyde's origins are not known. When Hyde-3949 and Hyde-1011 are merged, his birth location (Denton, Lancashire, England) should be changed to England.
As recommended by Rich Kozeny, I have detached Jonathan Hyde from Robert Hyde and Alice Crompton. As stated at http://www.hydegenealogy.org/blog/?page_id=204 (the Hyde Genealogy Association website), "Several people on the Internet claim that Robert HYDE (b. c1592 at Denton, Lancashire, Eng.; d. 1684) and Alice CROMPTON (b. c1595 Crompton, Lancashire, Eng.) are Jonathans parents. However, we have never seen any evidence of this fact." All siblings (including Samuel, his brother) are automatically removed by WikiTree because the common parents have been removed.

Thanks!
Also middle names would not be invented for another 200 years. A very common mistake from American contributors.
So is he from Lancashire or Kent?
