David and Jane Little did not marry, but had at least two children, one, a son, dying as an infant in 1775, the other a daughter Frances in 1779.
His daughter Frances married William Scaife, and although David's will does not explicitly state his relationship to her, William and Frances were sole beneficiaries and executors.
