David Gardiner performed Patriotic Service in Connecticut in the American Revolution.

David Gardiner is a DAR Patriot Ancestor, A043673.

David G. Gardiner (Gardner) was born 28 June 1720 in Bozrah, New London, Connecticut to Stephen Gardiner and Amy Sherman. [1] [2][3]

He married Jemima Gustin on 1 October 1744 in Colchester, New London, Connecticut. [4]

He was a soldier under Col. Israel Putnam at the battle of Bunker Hill. He was a corporal in 1777 and in Capt. Roger Alden's company, Third Connecticut Regiment, in 1781.

He died October 1, 1798 in New London, Connecticut and was buried in the Gardner-Bulkeley Cemetery, Bozrah, New London, Connecticut . [5] Find a Grave page has Gardner as last name
