Biography
Her surname of Daw was obtained from her father's 1881 census record when he was living with his widowed son in law.
From marriage records it appears the correct surname appears to be Dawe. She was a spinster and her father's name was Samuel Dawe, a Mason. Samuel and Louisa Dawe witnessed the marriage. She was illiterate.
Baptism records for her son have her surname as Cousins.
She was buried on 4/7/1880 in Lytchette, Matravers, Dorset.
