Biography
Gladys (Courtis) McBeth was born in Victoria, Australia
Gladys Emily Courtis was a third generation Australian. She was born 20 June 1912.[1] [2]
Her father died in 1936.
In 1939 she was registered to vote at 44 Chum St, Golden Square[3] where she lived with her mother Jane Rebecca Courtis and her sister Lillian May.
She married George Angus McBeth on 26 December 1939.[4] She died in 2010 and was buried on 1 September 2010.[5]
