Rhoda (Coombe) Webber was born in St Stephen, Cornwall, England.

Rhoda Jane Coombe was born 10 June 1875 in St Stephen, Cornwall, England. ^[1] She is the daughter of John Coombe and Elizabeth (Pike) Coombe.

In the 1881 Census, Rhoda (aged 5) was living with her parents John Coomb (a Farm Labourer aged 41) and Elizabeth (Pike) Coomb (aged 30) in St Johns, Cornwall, England ^[2] along with her siblings:

• Samuel Coomb aged 12;
• Elizabeth Coomb aged 10;
• William J Coomb aged 8;
• Mary A Coomb aged 3; and
• George Coomb aged 4 months.

In the 1891 Census, Rhoda (aged 16) was living at 1 West Street, Maker, Cornwall ^[3] and was employed as a Domestic Servant in the household of Osmond Edney (a Licensed Victualler) and his family.

On 1 April 1893, Rhoda, daughter of John Coombe, married Frank Webber, son of James Webber, in Millbrook, Cornwall, England. ^[4]

In the 1901 Census, Rhoda (aged 25) was living with her husband Frank (a Brick Labourer aged 37) in Southdown, Millbrook, Cornwall, England ^[5] along with their children:
