Married
30 Dec 1810
St Alphage, London Wall, City of London, England
Entry shows William CLINTON and Jemima PARKER were both of this parish (St Alphage London Wall). Both signed, wit: James HUZELL and Ann CAMPBELL -London Wall believed to be near St Giles [2]
(a marr. is recorded between James HAZELL and Ann CAMPBELL Nov 1813 at St Alphage)
aged 30 days, William s/o James (a baker) and Mary Catherine CLINTON, resid. "M.E.N.T." (Mile End New Town assumed) [4]
It is possible that he and Jemima met through Joseph Crossman, currier's family. Joseph married Amey (Tyrrell) Crossman/Savill/Perry, daughter of Sarah Parker. It looks like Joseph and Amey's daughter Sarah Crossman was a witness to the marriage of William and Jemima's daughter Emma Parker Clinton.
