Margaret, daughter of Anthony Caldwell, farmer of Clarendon and wife Jane Telford b. June 3, 1870 bap. October 23, 1870 - Parents were Sponsors

Married William Fairbairn. William had a brother Robert who owned a large ranch at Bow Island. He also had a brother, Archie who lived in Vancouver. They had six sisters: Mary Keller of Oakland, California, Louise Martin and Ida Frisken of Edmonton, Alberta, Maggie Hoffman of Toronto, Elizabeth Anderson of Selby, Ontario, and Debie Vine of Napanee, Ontario.

Lived in Burdette, Alberta in 1929.

Margaret passed away at the home of her sister, Mary, Mrs. Adam C. Hodgins in Shawville.

Interred at the Shawville Village Cemetery.
