She was baptised on 7/7/1848 at St Alphege Greenwich, London. Her parents listed as e Thomas Arthur Bussell and Frances Emily Cotton Bowker. The baptism records also has her date of birth. They lived at Woodland Terrace.
In 1881 she was age 33 and living with her widowed father in Charlton next Woolwich.
